Roy Hill Rail and Port Operations Tour
Last week some of our team visited our PHCCI Platinum Corporate Sponsor Roy Hill’s rail and port operations.
Sarah Kilpatrick, Superintendent Rail Operations took the team on a site tour, visiting, the famous pink loco, new pink ore cars and the ship loading operations. The team were able to ask many questions and gain a great insight into the large-scale operation here in Port Hedland.

Each train configuration stretches more than 2 kilometers and carrying a total payload of over 30,000 tones of ore.
