The team have been out and about right across the Pilbara region this week!

Jenny has been up to beautiful Pardoo Station. Pardoo Homestead precinct suffered significant damage to all manner of infrastructure from Cyclone Ilsa in April 2023. Pardoo have repowered and remodeled the caravan park and it now boasts 132 large sites, many of them drive-thru that can easily handle the biggest combinations with all the ancillary equipment and enough space for a boat as well. New management of Shane Wilson and Geoff Burns have decided they will be open all year round and welcome locals and visitors to come and take advantage of the “quiet times” to enjoy all the benefits of the Coastal Pilbara. With a well-equipped restaurant that is known for its diversity of food offerings and the tranquil setting at Pardoo and nearby beaches, it offers a great opportunity to watch the sunset while sipping some nice wine or beer. The team went to visit WesTrac , Area Manager Jason Hill to talk all things big! WOW what a massive set up for equipment maintenance. The WesTrac branch is located in Port Hedland and is an authorised Caterpillar dealership where you can find a wide range of Cat products, parts, services and technologies. The Spinifex Hill Studio is open and getting ready for their next exhibition. Spinifex Hill Studio has a long history in the Hedland area with the story beginning in 2008. A not-for-profit art Centre, Spinifex Hill Studio is a full-service studio that supports a growing collective of Aboriginal artists throughout all stages of their painting journeys, including emerging, mid-career and established artists.
